Our financial services client is seeking a Senior ETL – Talend Developer Specialist (10+ years) to design and develop ETL/data integration solutions using Talend ETL and Salesforce integration- 42215
Location Address: Toronto/Hybrid: 2-3 days in-office (Monday, Wednesday)
Contract Duration: 11/02/2026 to 07/31/2027 (Possibility of extension)
Schedule Hours: 9am-5pm Monday-Friday; standard 37.5 hrs/week

We are seeking an experienced Talend Senior Developer Specialist for International Commercial Banking ICB. Will be working on Talend ETL which will be integrated to Salesforce.

Typical Day in Role
- Design and develop ETL/data integration solutions using Talend
- Analyze business and data requirements
- Implement scalable and efficient data engineering solutions
- Drive process automation and platform improvements
- Support product enhancements, QA activities, and major releases
- Evaluate and adopt new technologies in ETL and cloud spaces
- Support change management and adoption of the Talend platform
Candidate Requirements/Must Have Skills
- 10+ years of overall experience as a senior Developer
- 4-10 years of hands‑on experience with Talend ETL, Data Integration, and Data Warehousing
- 2+ years of Talend experience with integration to Salesforce is critical for the role.
- Robust data analysis and problem‑solving skills
Nice-To-Have Skills
- Minimum 1 year of experience working in a Linux environment
- Experience with job scheduling tools such as TWS, Autosys, Control-M, etc.
- Previous experience within Top Banks is preferred
- Strong SQL experience
Education
- Bachelor's degree in a technical field such as computer science, computer engineering or related field preferred

The ideal candidate will be an experienced Talend Senior Developer Specialist with strong experience with Talend ETL, Data Integration, and Data Warehousing. Previous experience with Talend experience with integration to Salesforce is critical for the role.

- Interview Format: 1-2 round – 45mins - 1-hour
- 1st round – in-Person. Technical interview
- 2nd round – MS Video. With HM and Director.
