Lead PwC Canada’s Human Capital Operational Excellence team through process execution, continuous improvement, and collaboration across business partners. This is a hybrid, 12-month full-time secondment chance.

As a Manager in Internal Firm Services, you will guide xLoS process execution and improvement across Human Capital. You will transform, simplify, standardize, automate, and document processes with HCBPs. The work includes defined SLAs and KPIs, GenAI, and cross-functional support.

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead HC Operational Excellence process execution and improvement initiatives
- Monitor service delivery standards and team capacity
- Collaborate with HCBPs on process standardization and documentation




- Support planned and bespoke processes with SLAs and KPIs
- Report process performance and recommend best practices

Requirements:

- Strong understanding of Human Capital processes and best practices
- Excellent project management and organizational skills
- Ability to analyze and improve processes
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Knowledge of HC regulations and compliance requirements
