Arcadis seeks an experienced Senior Quantity Surveyor for its Cost and Commercial Management team. You will analyze complex data, engage contractors transparently, and guide project outcomes. The work spans electrical and mechanical design scopes, especially in technology or advanced manufacturing environments.

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead cost estimating and planning across electrical and mechanical scopes
- Test markets and assess quantities, pricing, and assumptions
- Facilitate value engineering and risk reviews with stakeholders
- Oversee peer reviews, QA/QC, and cost governance
- Support procurement, negotiations,



reporting, and site validation

Requirements:

- Bachelor’s degree in quantity surveying, construction management, or related field
- Minimum 10 years of relevant cost management experience
- Electrical estimating experience; mechanical experience preferred
- Robust analytical, communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills
- Regular travel and strong site presence required
