Own ERP inventory accuracy and physical shipment preparation as Santevia’s Warehouse Coordinator, combining pallet building with operational coordination.

This hands-on hybrid position covers warehouse operations, inventory control, and logistics coordination. You will manage inventory records, investigate discrepancies, prepare shipments, and coordinate transfers across Santevia warehouses and third-party locations. The role reports to the Warehouse Operations Manager, partnering with Supply Chain and Finance.

Key Responsibilities:

- Build and label Amazon FBA, 3PL, B2B, and wholesale pallets
- Maintain ERP records for inventory, transfers, receiving, and production
- Oversee cycle counts and investigate inventory variances
- Coordinate stock transfers across Canada, United States,



and United Kingdom
- Prepare inventory accuracy and warehouse activity reporting

Requirements:

- Experience in warehouse operations, inventory control, logistics, or fulfillment
- Experience using ERP or inventory management systems
- Understanding of receiving, shipping, transfers, and physical inventory processes
- Solid organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills
- Proficiency with Excel or Google Sheets
