Lead reclamation field execution for MEMS across Western Canada, applying Alberta and BC criteria through site assessments and technical reporting. This full time position combines approximately 20% office work with 80% field work.

As Reclamation Field Lead, you will support abandoned wellsite closures, remediation, reclamation earthworks, and site supervision. The work includes Detailed Site Assessments, Phase 3 ESAs, contractor coordination, field documentation, and client reporting. You will interpret laboratory results, maps, surveys, and air photos while preparing professional reports and application materials.

Key Responsibilities:

- Plan and manage field programs and evaluate collected information
- Lead site execution, supervision, safety, quality, and daily reporting
- Coordinate contractors, expenses, production progress, and change orders




- Compile project files and interpret technical field information
- Prepare reports, work plans, estimates, and reclamation applications

Requirements:

- Bachelor’s degree or diploma emphasizing reclamation or soil science
- Minimum five years’ oil and gas assessment and reclamation experience
- Eligibility for relevant professional organization membership
- Knowledge of Alberta, BC, and reclamation regulatory requirements
- Valid non-GDL Class 5 driver’s licence and travel willingness
