Lead CRM project delivery for Publicis Toronto using cross-functional coordination, timeline management, and stakeholder communication. This client-facing role supports custom projects.

As a Project Manager, you will manage CRM campaigns and initiatives across Account, Strategy, Creative, Development, and QA teams. You will prioritize work, manage dependencies, and maintain accountability across the client’s CRM marketing ecosystem. The work includes project intake, planning, execution, risk identification, and process improvement.

Key Responsibilities:

- Manage CRM campaigns and initiatives end to end
- Coordinate timelines, tasks, resources, and aligned workstreams
- Maintain communication across cross-functional delivery teams
- Identify risks, dependencies, capacity constraints,



and impacts
- Maintain project documentation, status updates, and management tools

Requirements:

- Minimum three years managing concurrent projects or campaigns
- Experience driving cross-functional, high-visibility initiatives
- Comfort working with technical teams and business stakeholders
- Familiarity with Agile or common development processes
- Experience with Salesforce, Braze, or similar CRM platforms
