As a senior designer, you will advance ALTORI’s cycling collection while establishing repeatable development processes. The work covers technical drawings, tech packs, fit assessment, pattern corrections, fabrics, trims, and supplier communication.
Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain development trackers with milestones, dependencies, and sample rounds
- Develop technical drawings, tech packs, specifications, and grading requirements
- Lead fittings and document corrections through photographs and revision notes
- Sew, alter, and mock up technical garment details
- Coordinate suppliers,
wear testing, and production readiness
Requirements:
- Pattern drafting, modification, and complete sample-making experience
- Technical apparel development experience through production
- Strong garment construction, fit, measurement, and grading knowledge
- Adobe Illustrator and apparel specification workflow proficiency
- Access to sewing equipment and suitable workspace
