The Retail Store Manager oversees establishment operations and profitability according to business goals. Responsibilities include training and inspiring staff, maintaining product presentation, managing inventory, and coordinating cannabis and accessory orders. The position also requires sales reporting, cash reconciliation, bank deposits, and promotional execution.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise staff and coordinate productive operations throughout all hours
- Address customer complaints professionally and provide positive resolutions
- Maintain inventory, complete counts, and submit inventory reports
- Coordinate ordering and receiving cannabis and accessories
- Balance sales, reconcile statements, and make daily deposits
Requirements:
- Must have CannaSell Certification
- Minimum two years retail industry experience
- Minimum one year supervisory retail experience
- Strong customer service, communication, and troubleshooting skills
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and sales software adaptability
