As Director of People and Culture, you will provide operational leadership for YSM’s department and serve as its primary human resources subject matter expert. The role covers recruitment, total rewards, performance management, training, employee wellness, compliance, organizational development, and change management. You will deliver values-centered, DEI-principled solutions supporting YSM’s Christian mission.

Key Responsibilities:

- Develop and oversee the annual People and Culture plan and budget
- Improve policies, systems, programs, and talent processes
- Guide complex employee relations and organizational change matters
- Lead compensation,



talent management, and learning strategies
- Coach and mentor the People and Culture team

Requirements:

- Post-secondary education and 10+ years of relevant experience
- CHRL or CHRE designation strongly preferred
- Expert knowledge across broad human resources disciplines
- Knowledge of Ontario employment and human rights legislation
- Christian theology, cultural competence, and DEI understanding
