Lead Bimeda’s Afternoon Shift in Cambridge using GMP expertise and decisive floor leadership across sterile and non-sterile manufacturing. Work Monday through Friday, 3:00pm to 11:30pm, with flexibility for other shifts or weekends.
As Production Supervisor, you will lead hourly employees across manufacturing and packaging classifications. You will own shift execution, people leadership, safety, quality, delivery and cost. The position requires sound judgement, technical aptitude and continuous improvement experience. You will also partner with Supply Chain on critical production supplies and support inspection readiness.
Key Responsibilities:
- Make timely production decisions within GMP and safety boundaries
- Lead safety talks, hazard investigations and corrective actions
- Review batch records and logbooks for data integrity
- Coordinate line clearance, changeovers and equipment readiness
- Develop employees through training, coaching and cross-training
Requirements:
- Science, engineering or related technical degree, diploma, or equivalent experience
- Three or more years leading people in regulated GMP manufacturing
- Knowledge of cGMP, GDP, deviations, root cause analysis and CAPA
- Knowledge of Ontario Occupational Health and Safety Act responsibilities
- Ability to meet classified cleanroom gowning qualification requirements
