As a Registration Services Officer, you will manage trade document processes, audits, client inquiries, and service delivery. The position covers fund of funds trading, onboarding, conversions, client changes, and operational escalation. You will also coordinate team activities, resources, and performance expectations.

Key Responsibilities:

- Manage fund of funds trade document processes and audit support
- Review trade packages and resolve related client queries
- Lead onboarding, conversions, and client change activities
- Produce functional team KPIs and perform first-level reviews




- Escalate operational issues and provide technical expertise

Requirements:

- Bachelor’s degree in a related field preferred
- Four to six years of related experience
- Experience in transfer agency, fund of funds, or fund accounting
- Knowledge of hedge fund products and trading processes
- Understanding of Transfer Agency, Custody, and regulatory requirements
