As the Site People Partner, you will serve the business unit across staffing, training, performance management, compliance, investigations, and associate relations. You will partner regularly with General Managers and management team members. The position also guides People Administrators delivering daily human resources support to DC Operations.

Key Responsibilities:

- Provide generalist human resources service to the assigned business unit
- Guide People Administrators supporting daily DC Operations needs
- Advise management on relations, performance, discipline, training, and legislation




- Investigate incidents and determine appropriate corrective action
- Oversee distribution center recruitment and onboarding processes

Requirements:
