Key Responsibilities:

- Own the integrated Canadian Immunology Medical Affairs strategy
- Lead evidence generation, studies, publications, and scientific dissemination
- Direct Field Medical, education, and communications integration
- Represent Canada in regional and global medical forums




- Lead multidisciplinary teams, budgets, governance, and compliance

Requirements:

- Advanced scientific or healthcare degree required
- Minimum 10 years of relevant pharmaceutical or healthcare experience
- Substantial Immunology experience strongly preferred
- Demonstrated direct people leadership and multidisciplinary team experience
- 20–30% domestic and international travel required
