Deliver practical and classroom-based training for Potash Mill and Loadout operations, emphasizing heavy equipment safety and employee competency. Support protected, efficient operations through instruction and evaluation.

Reporting to the Mill Training Coordinator, this Trainer delivers onboarding, orientation, and skills development for Nutrien employees. The work covers mobile equipment, loadout systems, inspections, operating procedures, preventative maintenance, and regulatory compliance. You will coordinate training with operations and monitor employee progress.

Key Responsibilities:

- Deliver onboarding, orientation, and skills training programs
- Train employees on safe mobile equipment operation
- Evaluate competency and provide feedback to supervisors




- Conduct classroom and field-based training sessions
- Maintain accurate training records in designated systems

Requirements:

- Grade 12 diploma or GED
- Extensive heavy mobile equipment operating experience
- Understanding of railcar loading and loadout systems
- Knowledge of Saskatchewan Occupational Health and Safety regulations
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and Learning Management Systems
