As a Data Scientist with the Structural Genomics Consortium, you will develop models for DNA-Encoded Library screens and other complex datasets. You will work with software developers, structural biologists, medicinal chemists, bioinformaticians, and research collaborators. The work supports open science and pre-competitive drug discovery.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design end-to-end machine learning pipelines from ingestion through deployment
- Develop predictive models for DNA-Encoded Library screening data
- Implement transformers, graph neural networks, and generative models
- Perform exploratory analysis, statistical modeling,
and visualization
- Maintain versioning, automation, tracking, and reproducible workflows
Requirements:
- Degree in computer science, data science, bioinformatics, or related field
- Master’s degree with four years related experience
- Bachelor’s degree with six years related experience
