- Established pharmacy handling approximately 250 prescriptions per day, plus blister packaging
- Kroll pharmacy management system
- Review and dispense prescriptions accurately and safely
- Provide medication counselling and support positive patient outcomes
- Conduct medication reviews and expand clinical service offerings
- Provide minor ailment assessments and prescribing where authorized
- Develop smoking cessation services and prescribing where authorized
- Collaborate with the pharmacy team to maintain efficient operations
- Licensed pharmacist eligible to practise in Ontario
- Strong patient-care and communication skills
- Interest in clinical services and expanding the pharmacist’s role
- Kroll experience is an asset
- Schedule: Part-time, 20–30 hours per week
