- Life Sciences Business Analyst , you will make an impact by leading business discovery, enterprise platform assessments, and the development of strategic recommendations for a critical transformation initiative. You will be a valued member of the Consulting team and work collaboratively with senior business and technology leaders, cross-functional teams, and clients. Lead business discovery and current-state assessments, translating complex business and technology needs into clear priorities and recommendations. Independently plan and facilitate workshops with senior business and IT stakeholders to elicit, validate, and prioritize enterprise requirements. Develop business requirements documents, process maps, user journeys, and capability assessments to support transformation decisions. Evaluate vendor and commercial off-the-shelf solutions, including build-versus-buy considerations, and develop business cases with cost-benefit and investment recommendations. Synthesize findings and prepare executive-ready presentations, briefing materials, and strategic recommendations for leadership. Strong experience in business analysis, digital transformation,



enterprise platform assessments, or technology transformation initiatives. Demonstrated ability to engage independently with senior business and IT stakeholders and facilitate executive-level workshops and discovery sessions. Experience with vendor or commercial solution assessments, build-versus-buy analysis, and technology investment business cases. Strong executive communication and presentation skills, with the ability to operate independently and provide strategic consulting-style support. Experience developing cost-benefit analyses and investment recommendations. Experience working in R&D;, scientific, laboratory, life sciences, or other regulated environments.
