The role requires close collaboration with project managers, clients, and suppliers to ensure project specifications and budgets are met. Additional duties include monitoring industry trends and market pricing to remain competitive. Strong knowledge and experience in Estimation, Cost Analysis, and Project Bidding Proficiency in reading and interpreting technical drawings, blueprints, and specifications Familiarity with construction materials, fabrication processes, and industry best practices Experience with Estimation Software and Microsoft Office Suite Relevant certifications or a Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field is an asset
