As an Accounts Payable Coordinator, you’ll be the backbone of our accounts payable function, making sure our clients and vendors are paid accurately and on time. You’ll manage the full accounts payable cycle, reconcile accounts, and make sure every payment is backed by the right documentation. Your goal is to keep our payables accurate, timely, and audit-ready, so our clients, vendors, and team can count on us. Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in accounts payable or general accounting. Minimum of 2 years post secondary school education (i.e. Experience managing the full accounts payable cycle and account reconciliations Reconcile and pay monthly corporate credit card transactions, wire transfers, and manual payments Complete month-end reconciliations, account analyses,



and reporting Maintain up-to-date reconciliations of prepaid expenses and accrued liabilities, and bring any discrepancies to management’s attention Complete monthly sales tax reporting and remittances ahead of deadlines, and follow up on sales tax refunds Support the year-end audit and contribute ideas to improve how we work Our vision is to be the catalyst behind smarter fleets, optimized assets, and more resilient businesses.
