As an IT Advisor, Governance, Orchestration and Strategic Execution, you will be at the heart of our mission. Monitoring integrated roadmaps and transformation priorities to support the achievement of strategic objectives. Orchestrating cross-functional initiatives related to technological ecosystem simplification, obsolescence reduction, and other transformation efforts. Ensuring alignment among enterprise architecture, portfolio management, strategic planning, and governance mechanisms. Developing and maintaining dashboards, key performance indicators, and analyses that provide transparent visibility into priority execution. Preparing executive presentations, briefing notes,



and decision-support materials for senior leadership. Coordinating governance forums and following up on decisions, commitments, timelines, and accountabilities. Highlighting risks, issues, dependencies, and trade-offs requiring stakeholder and leadership attention. Stands out for strong analytical, synthesis, and strategic communication skills with a variety of audiences, including senior executives. Is known for sound judgment, political acumen, and the ability to transform ambiguity into concrete, structured action plans. Has a solid understanding of technology environments, enterprise architecture, and portfolio management practices. Brings several years of experience in governance, transformation, strategic advisory, or the orchestration of complex initiatives. Possesses an advanced level of French and an intermediate level of English, as the role requires occasional communication by email and phone with English-speaking vendors across Canada.
