This role involves managing all aspects of wedding planning, from initial consultation and budget management to vendor selection, design, and day-of coordination, all executed with the flexibility of remote work. This is an opportunity to build beautiful events and manage client relationships with the convenience and autonomy of a remote position. Consult with clients to understand their wedding vision, style, budget, and preferences. Develop comprehensive wedding plans, timelines, and budgets, ensuring all elements are managed effectively. Oversee the design and aesthetic aspects of the wedding, ensuring a cohesive and beautiful event. Provide expert advice and guidance to clients throughout the planning process. Coordinate logistics for the wedding day,
ensuring smooth execution and addressing any unforeseen issues. Proven experience as a wedding planner or event coordinator, with a portfolio of successfully executed weddings. Exceptional organizational skills, with meticulous attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously. Proficiency in wedding planning software and online collaboration tools. Creative flair and a keen eye for design and detail.
