Play a key role in high-profile disputes including matters before the Supreme Court of Canada, while supporting a diverse range of complex commercial and civil litigation matters. Drive litigation files forward by delivering high-quality drafting, managing discovery, coordinating with clients, counsel and experts, and advancing complex matters through all stages of proceedings Draft and manage a wide range of substantive litigation materials, including pleadings, motions, mediation briefs, affidavits of documents, undertakings, document briefs, and cost outlines. Take ownership of matter management responsibilities, including file organization, electronic document management, data management, scoping, budgeting, client reporting, and overall coordination of complex litigation files. Work as member of a collaborative team to mentor and share your knowledge with students, associates and junior law clerks 3+ years’ of relevant working experience as a law clerk with a focus on commercial litigation ~ Strong knowledge and understanding of the Rules of Civil Procedure ~ Knowledge of procedures before the Supreme Court of Canada and the Supreme Court of Canada Act, the Rules of the Supreme Court of Canada,
