As an Assistant Store Manager, you’ll support the Store Manager in driving store performance, inspiring your team, and delivering exceptional guest service. Your leadership will play a vital role in creating a warm, welcoming environment that reflects our brand’s commitment to comfort, style, and quality. Supporting the Store Manager in daily operations, including sales, merchandising, team leadership, and guest experience. ~ Providing coaching and feedback to team members to help them meet performance goals and grow professionally. ~ Meeting or exceeding daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets. ~ Leading by example on the sales floor, delivering exceptional service and product knowledge. ~ Helping recruit, train, and onboard new team members. ~ Assisting in inventory management and loss prevention initiatives. ~ Stepping into the Store Manager role in their absence to ensure operational continuity. Ability to shift, push, reach, stretch, twist, bend, pull or maneuver weight over 50 lbs. 2+ years of retail experience,



with at least 1-2 years in a supervisory role. ~ Experience using POS systems and working in a fast-paced retail setting. ~ Open availability including days, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
