You will be responsible for completing and validating the information required for insurer transitions, as well as reviewing contractual documents, including benefit booklets, policies, and amendments. Working primarily within our internal systems, your attention to detail will play a key role in maintaining data accuracy and ensuring the quality of service provided to our clients and plan members. Ensure data accuracy and reliability by updating and completing information in the plan administration system during insurer transitions, renewals, plan modifications, and cancellations; Ensure the accurate processing of electronic enrollments by validating import logs, processing manual records, and completing the required data entries; Prepare and validate group profiles for prescription drug and dental coverage, and verify the accuracy of information entered into the claims management system; Identify and report required updates to group templates to maintain data consistency and quality; Contribute to the continuous improvement of tools and processes, including participating in testing activities during implementation and enhancements; Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite; Excellent command of both French and English, written and spoken.
