Reporting to the Maintenance Manager. The Maintenance Technician is responsible for daily machine repairs and proper corrective actions. Responsible for all building maintenance; Repair or replace control devices such as switches, photo eyes, proximity sensors, contactors, more starters, etc., Perform work order repairs, inspection, adjustments, and calibrations; Responsible for preventative and predictive maintenance activities on weekly and daily work; Maintain and update Down-Time Tracker and predictive and preventative maintenance schedule; Ensure work order and preventative maintenance documentation processes are in place and administered; Provide solutions to technical problems and recommendations for improvements in production activities; Participates in plant health, safety and environment programs; Any other tasks assigned by the Maintenance Manager.



Post Secondary education in electrical or mechanical related courses; Technical Trades Training / Licensed Millwright (433a) with Canadian Apprenticeship preferred. 5+ Years of maintenance experience, preferably in a manufacturing setting.
