You as a Planner and Scheduler will: Prepare comprehensive project master schedules for high-complexity projectsin accordance withcontract requirements and EllisDon standards Review and provide feedback on reports generated by Project Managers and team members Define criticality criteria per contract documents andidentifycritical and near-critical path activities Identifyand communicate schedule-related risks and opportunities to the project team Defineoptimumrisk response plans to support on-time project completion Ensure schedules are robust andappropriate tosupport potential extension of time claims Demonstrate strong understanding of delay analysis methodologies and collaborate with external delay experts on extension of time claims Establish strong working relationships with clients,consultantsand contractors' scheduling teams to develop andmaintainproject baseline schedules Lead discussions on corrective actions, schedule mitigation measures, and resequencing with project teams You have a construction-related degree/diploma and five years of construction scheduling experience or an equivalent combination of technical training and experience.
