Candidates located outside of commuting distance to Richmond will not be considered at this time We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Estimator to join our clients team in a fast-paced, high-performance setting. In this role, you will play a critical part in assembling accurate cost estimates across a range of projects during the sales and budgeting phases. Develop comprehensive and accurate cost estimates for complex structures and projects. Conduct gap analyses across various commodities, performing root cause analysis and delivering actionable reports with recommendations. Degree in Engineering, Project Management, or a related field, or equivalent relevant experience. Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, with experience in Power Apps and Power BI considered an asset. Strong communication skills, with fluency in written and spoken English, and the ability to collaborate effectively across teams. On-site in Richmond, BC 5 days per week
