Enhance quality monitoring with Caoutchoucs et Plastiques Falpaco Inc. as a Quality Technician. Support the management of quality systems and engage in continuous improvement initiatives. In this role, reporting directly to the Quality Supervisor, you will provide essential technical support to both customers and suppliers. You will contribute to maintaining the quality management system documentation and ensure compliance with customer specifications through collaboration with production teams. Internal audits and problem-solving workshops will be part of your daily activities to ensure consistent product quality. Provide technical support to customers and suppliers
• Review and maintain quality management documentation
• Participate in continuous improvement workshops
• Diploma in a relevant field or equivalent experience
• Knowledge of plastics/rubber is an asset
• Bilingual in French and English is preferred
• Proficiency in Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
