This position of Terminal Manager will be responsible for running the day-to-day operations of the Rouyn Noranda terminal and the surrounding service area. Day to day operations Rouyn Noranda service area , including Customer Service and Administrative responsibilities Ensure Facility and Vehicle maintenance requirements are met Monitoring and control of daily reports as required coordinate work schedules for terminal operations and ensure proper staffing levels are in place Work with Human Resources on recruitment, training, coaching and disciplinary issues Use of a Company Truck Robust computer skills, including knowledge of AS400 Strong organizational and planning skills Financial Literacy – ability to complete cost analysis/cost reduction reports Class 1 or Class A Z would be a asset Competitive wages
