We are seeking a safety-focused and results-driven Cement Production Supervisor to join our team. This role is responsible for leading production activities, supporting operational excellence, and fostering a culture of safety, quality, and continuous improvement within our cement manufacturing operation.What You'll Be Doing* Lead and coordinate production activities across 12-hr shift crews to achieve safety, quality, environmental, and operational objectives.
* Supervise, coach, and support production employees while promoting employee engagement and accountability.
* Monitor plant performance and implement solutions to improve productivity, reliability, and efficiency.
* Ensure compliance with company policies, regulatory requirements, and established operating procedures.
* Collaborate with maintenance, quality, and operational teams to optimize plant performance and resolve production challenges.What Are We Looking For* Demonstrated ability to lead teams in a heavy industrial, manufacturing, mining, cement, aggregates, or related environment.
* Strong commitment to safety leadership,



operational excellence, and environmental stewardship.
* Proven ability to analyze operational issues, make sound decisions, and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
* Effective communication, coaching, and relationship-building skills across all levels of the organization.
* Willingness and ability to work rotating shiftsWork Environment* Primarily based in a cement manufacturing facility with exposure to industrial equipment, moving machinery, noise, dust, and varying weather conditions.
* Requires regular plant inspections, field presence, and interaction with production personnel.
* May require occasional work outside of standard business hours to support operational needs.
