We're looking for a client centric Insurance Advisor to join our growing team. Monday
- Friday. Advisors will be required to work shifts within those time frames. Assist prospective insurance clients provided to you by APOLLO Engaging contact with prospective clients to convert requests for insurance into customers Offer continuous support from information gathering, quote and to bind to deliver a seamless client experience in a timely manner Recommend operational improvements in our processes to help further improve overall customer experience Servicing APOLLO’s book of business and providing top-notch customer service through various channels of communication (live-chat, email, phone) Ensure clients fully understand policy coverage and exclusions through clear and concise communication Maintain current customer base by delivering exceptional service with a strong sense of ownership. Reporting new claims and leading clients through claims process from a place of empathy Demonstrate a thorough understanding of the suite of APOLLO products and help clients with any questions, policy changes and inquiries Experience with personal lines insurance products and claims process ~ Passion for Sales & Customer Service ~ For our clients, suppliers, investors, co-workers, family, community, and ourselves
