The SAP Project Lead will manage the local implementation of a new SAP ERP system, partnering with global and local teams to support a standardized Finance & Controlling solution. This role ensures local readiness for deployment, including planning, testing, training, data migration, and go-live activities. Represent local Finance and Controlling requirements in global SAP template design. Coordinate Finance, IT, key users, and business stakeholders throughout the rollout. Manage local project plans, timelines, risks, and dependencies. Support data migration, testing, training, cutover, and go-live activities. Drive user readiness, change management, and post-go-live support. Experience with SAP/ERP implementations, ideally SAP S/4HANA. Solid knowledge of Finance and Controlling processes.



Experience leading projects and coordinating cross-functional teams. Ability to work effectively with global teams, business stakeholders, and implementation partners. Professional fluency in English. SAP template-based rollout experience. Knowledge of testing, data migration, training, cutover, and hypercare. Project management certification or training. Local requirements are incorporated into the global solution. Project milestones, testing, and training are completed on schedule. Risks and issues are proactively managed. Successful deployment of a standardized Finance & Controlling solution.
