Maintain driver performance by consistently coaching on topics such as mileage, home time, performance issues, and load quality. Liasonwith Planners and Customer Service Representatives to resolve complications that may arise during trips. Communicatewith the Safety Department regarding any issues related to Driver hours of service, medicals, license expirations, secure driving, and over the road incidents. Communicatewith customers regarding the day-to-day movement of loads. Minimum of grade 12 with post-secondary education an asset. ~Excellentcomputer knowledge & experience specifically in Microsoft Word, Excel & Outlook.
