with strong judgment around architectural trade-offs, total cost of ownership, and business value A self-motivated and disciplined leader who is passionate about software engineering and strives to stay up to date with the latest advancements and trends in technologies Comfortable engaging with both technical and business audiences Familiar with Agile and Waterfall project methodologies Azure Solution Architect certification is a strong asset 10+ years of experience in Software Development Post-secondary education in computer science or an equivalent field NET, C#, and MS SQL Server Experience in influencing senior business stakeholders In this role, you will serve as a hands‑on strategic architect with accountability for solution integrity, guiding multiple complex initiatives from early concept through delivery and adoption. Advise leaders and delivery teams on architectural options, trade-offs, and associated risks Ensure solutions align with business strategy, cost models, and long-term platform goals Serve as an escalation point for complex technical and design challenges Mentor senior engineers and architects, raising the overall technical maturity of teams Champion modern platforms, tools,



and methodologies—including cloud, data, and AI Contribute to architecture roadmaps and long-term strategic planning initiatives Compensation: The expected base salary compensation for this role is $107,210.71 to $146,569.41 CAD annually.
