We are looking for a results-oriented and customer focused Business Development Manager for Quebec East This is an individual contributor role. Ideally you reside in Quebec City, Trois-Rivières or Drummondville. YOUR RESPONSIBILITES Implement business development strategies for a targeted territory; Analyze active and potential customers and set up an action plan specific to their needs; Increase market shared by offering our complete360 degreesolution; Strengthen the team’s commitment towards common goals; Develop and maintain exemplary relationships with customers, partners, colleagues and vendors; Optimize customer profitability through various initiatives; Develop strategies for new contracts and renewals; Resolve the OHS challenges of clients by proposing innovative solutions trough a consultative approach. THE SUCCESSUL CANDIDATE Is an entrepreneurial self-starter with a demonstrated track record of achieving sales goals; Has a passion for excellence,



a solid desire to succeed and a commitment to personal and professional development; Has excellent communication and relationship building skills with the disciplined planning and execution abilities that are essential for this role; Exhibits strong computer skills and working knowledge of a CRM and MS Office and has a valid driver’s license; Demonstrated ability to work in a self-starting autonomous environment from a home office setting; Has a desire to grow as a leader within SPI. Has a proven ability to sell high, deep and wide in customer organizations. Is a successful leader through direct and/or indirect leadership.
