Turner & Townsend is seeking a strategic Talent Acquisition Leader to lead the Canadian recruitment function and support the organization’s continued growth. Leading a team of seven Talent Acquisition professionals, this role will partner with senior business leaders to develop and execute workforce plans, build scalable recruitment strategies, and ensure the talent agenda aligns with business objectives. The successful candidate will bring experience supporting high-growth organizations, leading large-scale hiring initiatives, and developing high-performing recruitment teams capable of delivering exceptional talent outcomes. Strategic Talent Acquisition Develop and execute recruitment strategies aligned with business growth and workforce plans. Use recruitment metrics and market intelligence to inform decision-making and drive continuous improvement. Lead talent acquisition efforts for major projects, growth initiatives, and high-volume hiring programs. Collaborate with HR Business Partners and hiring managers to deliver effective workforce solutions. Lead, coach,



and develop a team of seven Talent Acquisition professionals. Establish clear performance expectations and development plans for team members. Recruitment Delivery Oversee full-cycle recruitment across multiple business lines and disciplines. Build diverse talent pipelines and innovative sourcing strategies for specialized and high-volume hiring needs. Ensure an exceptional candidate and hiring manager experience throughout the recruitment process. 8+ years of Talent Acquisition experience, including leadership of recruiting teams. ~ Proven success developing recruitment strategies within a fast-growing organization. ~ Experience partnering with senior leaders on workforce planning and talent strategy. ~ Demonstrated success leading major hiring programs, project mobilizations, or high-volume recruitment initiatives. ~ Experience leveraging recruitment data, market insights, and technology to drive results.
