As a Site Manager (Self Storage) , you'll combine customer service, sales, and property operations to help customers find the right storage solutions while ensuring our facility remains safe, clean, and welcoming. Deliver exceptional customer service by resolving tenant inquiries and issues promptly and professionally. Manage daily property operations, including leasing, rent collection, tenant records, unit inventory, pricing, and payment processing. Maintain facility cleanliness, coordinate repairs, and ensure site safety, security, and regulatory compliance.



Develop local marketing initiatives to attract recent tenants and maximize occupancy. Support hiring, scheduling, UKG timekeeping, overtime management, and employee training and development, including serving as a trainer for property staff. High school diploma or equivalent. Experience in customer service, sales, retail, hospitality, or property management is an asset. Experience managing the day-to-day activities of a team. Comfortable working independently and managing multiple priorities. Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Office.
