Implement strategies to achieve operational efficiency and business goals. Promote and guide employees to serve clients according to service standards for time on line and solving customers banking problems. May intervene on complex customers’ banking problems. Assure completion of documents according to all banking regulations and Corporation policies. Manage controllable expense accounts. Directly supervises at least 2 full time employees. Carries out supervisory responsibilities in accordance with the organization's policies and applicable laws. Foster a spirit of teamwork and allows for disagreement over ideas as well as diversity.
