Shape Registry of Motor Vehicles modernization in Halifax through product strategy and senior leadership with the Nova Scotia government. This is a term opportunity. As Director of Product, you will guide up-to-date driver and vehicle services within the RMV Modernization Team. You will oversee product delivery, manage product teams, and align work with partners, clients, and Nova Scotians. The position supports modernization outcomes, operational efficiencies, and integrated systems.
Key Responsibilities
Lead RMV product development from idea through launch Create product strategies and manage product teams Oversee workstreams and develop aligned delivery plans Communicate product goals and progress with senior leadership Establish product success metrics and monitoring tools
Requirements:
Related bachelor’s or master’s degree At least five years’ related product delivery or management experience Excellent communication, presentation, analytical, and management skills Consultation, facilitation, team building, and group leadership skills Microsoft Office proficiency, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook Lead RMV product strategy, delivery, stakeholder communication, and modernization outcomes for Nova Scotia’s driver and vehicle services.
