The Operations Accountant handles full-cycle accounting for each show at Live Nation Entertainment. Responsibilities include recording income statement and balance sheet entries, reviewing transactions, and reconciling payables, receivables, accruals, and cash. The position supports month-end close and per-show contribution margin reporting.

Key Responsibilities:

- Assist with pre-settlement and night-of-show artist settlements
- Enter show settlements and distribute reports to stakeholders
- Review documentation and backup for audit purposes
- Reconcile revenues, project costs, accruals,



and variances
- Complete month-end close and report contribution margins

Requirements:

- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or equivalent
- Three to five years of accounting experience
- Strength in accounts payable and receivable reconciliation
- Solid Oracle, Salesforce, and advanced Excel capability
- Flexibility for evenings, weekends, and show-related travel
