Deliver Safety and HSSE training during Turnarounds and Maintenance for hourly staff, contractors, and stakeholders under direct supervision. Use explicit communication and Microsoft Suite skills.

Total Safety seeks a Trainer to coordinate and deliver training programs during Turnarounds and Maintenance. The work includes orientation, new hire, peer, need-specific, and external training activities. You will prepare materials, document completed training, support examinations, and coordinate customer employee evaluations.

Key Responsibilities:

- Direct students to rooms for specified training
- Prepare orientation packages, materials, and classrooms
- Deliver training and complete proof documentation
- Mark exams, coach students, and provide exam support




- Coordinate external training and customer employee evaluations

Requirements:

- High School diploma or equivalent required
- One year of training experience or equivalent combination
- Oil and Gas Safety experience may be part of combination
- Proficiency using Microsoft Suite, including Word and Excel
- Effective communication, analytical, interpersonal, and teamwork skills
