Talent Management: Assist in talent management activities, including performance management, succession planning, and career development programsOrganizational

Development: Contribute to organizational development initiatives, such as culture assessments, change management, and team effectiveness projectsStrategic

Planning: Assist in developing and implementing HR strategies aligned with the organization's overall goals and objectivesEmployee

Engagement: Support initiatives to enhance employee engagement, morale, and retention through programs such as recognition, rewards, and wellness activitiesHR

Analytics: Assist in collecting, analyzing,



and interpreting HR data to provide insights and support decision-making processesHR

Projects: Participate in special HR projects as assigned, such as capability building initiatives, employer branding campaigns, or HR technology implementationsCollaboration and Communication: Work collaboratively with HR team members and cross-functional teams to support HR initiatives and foster effective communication within the organizationThis position is designed to provide you with real-work experience and an opportunity to help you get to know us better. Knowledge and Skills:

A desire to drive your future and accelerate your career and the following experience and knowledge: Currently enrolled in the final year of an undergraduate HR Co-op program at a university, pursuing an MBA with a focus on HR, or completed a university degree and enrolled in a post-graduate HR Co-op certificate programProficiency in AI tools and their integration with Microsoft Office applicationsStrong technological proficiency, especially in PPT and building high-impact presentationsStrong systems and analytical capability: ability to organize large raw data sets into comprehensive data that can be used for business decisionsStrong interest in HR management, strategic planning,



and organizational developmentExcellent analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking skillsStrong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with employees at all levels of the organizationAbility to prioritize tasks, manage multiple projects simultaneously, and meet deadlinesPrior internship or work experience in HR management requiredAI may be used as part of the recruitment process and in accordance with local laws.
