Fraser Health Authority in British Columbia is hiring a Licensed Practical Nurse to work within a multidisciplinary team. Under the direction of the Manager, Clinical Operations, the LPN conducts nursing assessments, plans, implements and evaluates care, and follows BCCNM competency guidelines and agency policies.
The successful candidate will administer medications, participate in care planning meetings, orient recent staff, and contribute to quality improvement activities.
