Business Development Manager

Location:
North York, ON (Victoria Park and 401) – On-site Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM – 4:00 PM

Salary:
$60,000 – $80,000 (DOE) Winters Technical Staffing, proudly serving Canada for over 55 years, is seeking a Business Development Manager to join our dynamic sales team. This role is ideal for someone with a winning attitude, a passion for building relationships, and a drive to deliver results.

Key Responsibilities

Identify, secure, and manage new client relationships Gain a thorough understanding of clients' products and manufacturing processes Meet with hiring decision-makers to present our full range of services Prepare qualified responses to RFPs Develop customized PowerPoint presentations for prospective clients Collaborate with the recruiting team to review candidates submitted for job orders

Qualifications:
