The Schizophrenia & Community Integration Service inpatient units at St. Joseph's Healthcare Hamilton seek a Registered Practical Nurse to provide psychiatric nursing and specialized care to adults with severe mental illness, within an inter-disciplinary team.
The RPN will participate in assessment, planning, and execution of care, with a focus on reducing restraint and promoting recovery, while ensuring documentation and continuity of care.
