As Warehouse Supervisor, you will manage central warehouse functions for Toromont Cat and the Caterpillar brand. The work includes monitoring operations, controlling stock movement, coordinating inventory counts, and supporting parts department demands. You will also maintain effective relationships with internal and external customers.
Key Responsibilities:
- Monitor daily warehouse operations and incoming stock orders
- Control outgoing stock processes and annual inventory counts
- Inspect lift trucks and parts delivery vehicles regularly
- Plan capital expenditures and build business cases
- Hire and assign resources to meet department demands
Requirements:
- College Diploma in Business
- Five to seven years of experience
- Minimum two years of supervisory experience
- Ability to resolve internal customer concerns effectively
- Ability to address external customer concerns effectively
