The Human Touch in Saskatoon, SK is seeking a Field Operations Coordinator to keep crews moving and projects on track. You will build and manage crew schedules across sites, pairing people to projects based on skills, client needs, and travel logistics.
You'll coordinate with Contracts, Training, and Travel teams, and handle last-minute changes while supporting HR with onboarding and forecasting. Position requires travel, Monday–Friday, with occasional after-hours.
