Key Responsibilities:

- Manage evaluations and updates to resident care plans
- Ensure timely administration of medications and treatments
- Coordinate care with other healthcare professionals
- Guide and support unregulated care providers in their tasks

Requirements:

- Licensed as a Practical Nurse in your province/state
- Background in gerontology or complex care preferred
- Strong critical thinking and time management skills
- Good knowledge of electronic documentation tools
- Completion of a Vulnerable Sector Check mandated
