Your role You’ll lead the restaurant’s people, guest experience and financial performance, setting clear expectations and building a team that delivers consistently. Your responsibilities will include:
- Recruiting, coaching and developing managers and hourly team members.
- Maintaining a visible presence on the floor and building lasting guest relationships.
- Managing budgets, forecasting, labour, purchasing and operating costs.
- Growing sales through service execution, repeat business and private dining.
