The salary range for this position is CAD $49.20 - $67.08 per hour.

Responsible for coordinating efficient and timely patient placement and bed utilization at designated Fraser Health acute sites; collaborates with external health care agencies regarding patient placement to and from FH acute sites; provides guidance to designated staff at the acute site to facilitate timely patient placement by assessing the efficiency and effectiveness of patient placement within applicable site(s) and surrounding regional and provincial centers; collaborates with other health care facilities and Patient
